Major retail real estate ownership and management company is adding a seasonal Property Administrative Assistant at one of Phoenix's largest regional shopping centers for the holiday rush. You'll be the front-line support for the onsite Property Management team: owning the front desk and phones, maintaining tenant and vendor databases, tracking contracts and renewals, running recurring reports, and keeping compliance documents current. Holiday volume is high, so you're expected to ramp up fast and work independently once you've learned the protocols. Full training is provided on all systems.
This is a defined seasonal role with a set end date in January. It is not expected to extend or convert to permanent, so it's a strong fit if you're between roles, coming off a layoff, or looking for solid short-term work through the holidays.
Term: Seasonal temp, start ASAP through approx. January (no extension or conversion)
Location: Phoenix, AZ (West Valley), fully onsite, no remote/hybrid
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm, plus some weekend and/or evening coverage during the holiday season
Compensation: $25/hour
Required Qualifications:
- Fluent in Spanish and English, spoken and written, at a professional level. You'll communicate with tenants, vendors, and visitors in both languages
- 1-3 years in administrative roles, with real comfort ramping up quickly in a new, high-volume environment
- Has personally handled front-desk or reception duties, comfortable with tenants, vendors, and visitors face-to-face and on the phone
- Solid Excel and general computer skills; willing to learn new property management software quickly
- Organized and detail-oriented with databases, contracts, and recurring reports
- Available for some holiday weekend and evening shifts
- Local to the Phoenix metro area and able to start immediately
Nice to Have:
- Property management, retail, hospitality, or customer-facing admin experience
