Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership:
- Serve as the primary technical authority for Java-based applications and services
- Establish and enforce best practices for software development, coding standards, testing, and CI/CD
- Guide design decisions, architecture reviews, and code reviews to ensure technical quality
- Hands-on Development:
- Design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade Java applications, APIs, and microservices
- Write clean, scalable, and secure code aligned with company technology standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Collaboration and Mentorship:
- Partner with product managers, architects, and DevOps teams to align technical strategy with business goals
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and technical roadmap sessions
- Process and Quality Assurance:
- Drive adoption of automated testing, continuous integration, and deployment best practices
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems and processes
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance guidelines
- Expert-level proficiency in Java (8 ), Spring Boot, and RESTful API design
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud-native applications
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions) and automated testing frameworks
- Working knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and caching technologies (Redis)
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Salary : $120,000 - $170,000
