Turnberry's Business Agility practice provides ways-of-working assessments with supporting improvement recommendations, Product Management and Agile Delivery education opportunities, team and enterprise-level Product and Agile coaching, and strategic staffing for each of the skills required to drive Agile and/or Project to Product transformation journeys.

Responsibilities
- Lead content strategy for high-stakes advisor experiences, defining how information is prioritized, structured, and displayed to support meaningful decision-making at the point of need
- Design and architect language products, including AI-enabled writing experiences, establishing the voice, synthesis, and information hierarchy that shape how content is generated and surfaced
- Develop content frameworks, models, and patterns that bring consistency and scalability to the product experience, and document them so learnings can be extrapolated across the broader organization
- Partner with data scientists and engineers to understand and influence how data is modeled, recognizing the downstream impact data structure has on content, AI-generated language, and the overall UX
- Partner with product management, design, and engineering to embed content thinking into product definition, ensuring content decisions are aligned to business strategy and user needs
- Apply human-centered design and content strategy methods in meaningfully novel ways, finding opportunities to advance more content-driven and AI-enabled decision-making among digital product teams
- Establish success metrics for content and language experiences, using research and data to inform decisions and demonstrate impact
- Collaborate with design system and platform partners to align content patterns with broader architectural and governance approaches
- Lead through influence across the portfolio, driving content and experience decisions through expertise, partnership, and persuasion rather than positional authority
- Communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, using storytelling to build trust, establish relationships, and influence content and experience strategy with stakeholders
- Integrate new content design patterns, tools, and AI-enabled practices, enriching the design methodology toolkit
- Support and/or develop an environment in which company employees and colleagues are focused on continuous improvement, exceptional employee engagement, and an unwavering commitment to our clients
- Shape and/or support a culture that represents the company purpose, promise and values, ensuring that company trust and reputation remain strong with its clients
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Interaction Design, UI/UX Design, Content Strategy, Content Design, or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background
- 6-8 years of experience in a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in content strategy, content design, or UX writing within a product development team
- Demonstrated experience designing language products and content systems, with direct experience building or shaping AI-enabled writing or content experiences strongly preferred
- Proven experience defining content frameworks, information hierarchy, and content models for complex digital products
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain rationale for content and design decisions and clarify success metrics
- Ability to develop processes and approaches for tackling content and IA problems, anticipating challenges, and uncovering innovative solutions
- Demonstrated application of human-centered design with a keen understanding of business and technical impacts on content and digital design
- Self-directed and proactive, with a passion for driving progress and making meaningful contributions independently
- Able to turn research into action that solves the user definition of a problem
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration roles, with a focus on delivering business value
- Working knowledge of how to leverage and extend a design system to achieve content and product goals
- Relevant agile experience
- Direct experience designing or training AI writing systems, content generation tooling, or language-based agents
- Exceptional communication skills, including advanced storytelling and persuasion within a content and design context
- Strategic content thinking and the ability to contribute to the overall content and design strategy of the organization
- Knowledge and experience working in diversified financial services
- Familiarity with content governance models and how content patterns scale across an enterprise

Salary : $130,000 - $185,000
