Software Developer

Overview: Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. As a Software Developer, you will join Turnberry's Digital Modernization practice, where technology and strategy combine to deliver exceptional digital experiences, empowering organizations to thrive in today's digital market.

Responsibilities

• Prepare system requirements documentation
• Prepare detailed design specifications
• Ensure QA standards are met within project phase responsibilities
• Execute problem discovery meetings to determine system/program problems and best solutions
• Understand business rules, incorporate rules into system logic
• Design, code, test, debug, and document programs
• Lead and facilitate design review meetings
• Depending on project team size, may lead project team meetings
• Meet with project management to determine estimates for scheduled tasks
• Mentor other software analysts
• Individual contributor with no subordinates
• Training related to business area supported (ie Accounting, Engineering, etc )

The salary range for this role is $125,000 to $175,000 or the hourly equivalent.
