Turnberry's Business Agility practice provides ways-of-working assessments with supporting improvement recommendations, Product Management and Agile Delivery education opportunities, team and enterprise-level Product and Agile coaching, and strategic staffing for each of the skills required to drive Agile and/or Project to Product transformation journeys.

Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies, including PI and Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Guide the team in adopting and following SAFe principles and practices, and identify areas for improvement
- Remove impediments that are preventing the team from meeting its goals
- Work closely with the RTE and Product Owner(s) to manage product backlogs and ensure proper prioritization and management
- Coach and mentor team members in SAFe/Agile practices, and facilitate the adoption, institutionalization, and growth of the team knowledge and skills
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between team members and stakeholders, ensuring all stakeholders are informed about the teams progress
- Develop and maintain agreed upon metrics and other documentation as required
- Participate in SAFe/Agile community activities and continuously improve the team knowledge and skills in SAFe methodology and practices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- At least 5-7 years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar role in an Agile environment, including at least 2 years of SAFe experience
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) required, and SAFe certification(s) strongly preferred
- Prior experience supporting Agile/SAFe transformations, bringing knowledge of best practices, potential gotchas/considerations, and other insights to ensure a successful transformation to SAFe
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environments and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and support team members on their journey toward new ways of working
- Collaborative, with strong problem-solving skills
- Experience with ADO, JIRA, or other Agile tracking and delivery tools
