Senior Epic Analyst

Location: MN-Rochester, 100% Remote

Overview: Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As a Senior Epic Analyst, you will join Turnberry's Business Transformation practice. Turnberry's Business Transformation practice is dedicated to diagnosing and addressing core business challenges including regulatory compliance, full-scale implementation, managing change and driving continuous improvement across transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Function as a liaison between clinical, business, and technical areas during the planning process and provide oversight throughout the project cycle
• Build credibility and rapport with customers to understand their needs
• Research requests to determine scope, size, and impact
• Validate requirement information with the stakeholders to ensure completeness, correctness, and clarity
• Validate solutions to ensure it satisfies the stated requirements
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of existing systems and certification in the vended application
• Able to design, develop, or modify applications, algorithms, or rules via vendor tools or augmented tools developed and are able to validate data integrity of changes introduced
• Work on strategic projects with a Project Manager and is able to manage small- to mid-sized operational projects independently
• Work independently across multiple departments and divisions in order to accomplish goals
• Create test plans and evaluate current plans for improvement
• Guide and advise less experienced business analysts and provide orientation and training for new employees
• Maintain knowledge of current and emerging technologies that directly affect enterprise processes
• Maintain awareness of overall enterprise architecture
• May be required to provide 24/7 on-call support
• Expected to participate in a rotation for handling incident tickets
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with four (4) years of experience or Associate’s degree with six (6) years of experience
• Vendor application certification may be required
• Epic Radiant Certified
• At least 2-3 years Epic Radiant build experience
• Experience working on error queues, troubleshooting party integrations with Radiant, modality worklists, and workstation configuration
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Epic data courier/migrations
• Epic Data Courier Mover Badge
• Experience with ServiceNow
• High level of analytical skills, organizational skills, sound judgement and decision-making ability, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across various teams
  
  

The salary range for this role is $160,000 to $230,000 or the hourly equivalent.
