Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services offers to clients. As a Scrum Master, you will join the Business Transformation practice. The Business Transformation practice is dedicated to diagnosing and addressing core business challenges including regulatory compliance, full-scale implementation, managing change and driving continuous improvement across transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective
- Guide the team in following Agile principles and Scrum practices and identify areas for improvement
- Remove impediments that are preventing the team from meeting its goals
- Work closely with the Product Owner to manage the product backlog and ensure that it is properly prioritized and managed
- Coach and mentor team members in Agile and Scrum practices and facilitate the growth of the team's Agile and Scrum knowledge and skills
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between team members and stakeholders
- Ensure all stakeholders are informed about team progress
- Develop and maintain project documentation and other relevant information as required
- Participate in Agile and Scrum community activities and continuously improve the team's Agile and Scrum knowledge and skills
- At least 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar role in an Agile environment
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification or equivalent Agile certification
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and support team members
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and solve problems quickly and effectively
- Experience with JIRA or other Agile project management tools

Salary : $115,000 - $165,000
