Responsibilities
- Develop and implement global or divisional sourcing strategies and multi-year roadmaps for IT spend portfolios
- Conduct demand planning, supply market analysis, and category strategy development
- Identify, evaluate, select, and negotiate with suppliers
- Establish and manage vendor governance routines, including QBRs and continuous improvement initiatives
- Partner with Vendor Relationship Management teams to enhance supplier performance
- Perform detailed cost analysis, including TCO and should-cost modeling
- Deliver year-over-year savings through cost reduction, avoidance, rebates, and productivity improvements
- Benchmark pricing and commercial terms
- Identify and mitigate supplier risks (financial, geopolitical, cybersecurity, ESG)
- Implement dual sourcing strategies, contractual protections, and business continuity plans
- Partner with Legal, Finance, IT (InfoSec, Architecture, Engineering), and business stakeholders
- Ensure sourcing strategies align with enterprise goals, compliance standards, and operational needs
- Monitor supplier and internal performance against defined KPIs and SLAs
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the portfolio
- Leverage enterprise-wide spend to achieve scale and synergies across categories
- Develop standardized sourcing playbooks, templates, and tools
- Lead end-to-end sourcing events (RFx), negotiations, and contract execution (NDA, MSA, SOW, DPA, CO)
- Ensure agreements reflect commercial objectives, risk tolerance, and service expectations
- Maintain contract lifecycle management and enforce procurement policies
- Ensure adherence to approval workflows, audit requirements, and regulatory standards
- Utilize spend analytics, market intelligence, and scenario modeling to guide decisions
- Track and report savings, value realization, and performance metrics
- Promote supplier innovation, diversity initiatives, and sustainability goals
- Evaluate and pilot new technologies and sourcing models
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- 7–10 years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management
- Demonstrated experience managing sourcing portfolios across indirect and/or direct categories
- Proven expertise in RFx management, contract negotiation, and supplier management
- Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting IT categories (e.g., software/SaaS, cloud, hardware, and services)
- Professional certifications such as CPSM, CIPS, CSCP, or PMP
- Proficiency with eSourcing tools, contract lifecycle management systems, and procure-to-pay (P2P) platforms
- Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills
- Experience in risk management and implementing mitigation strategies across a supply base
- Industry experience

Salary : $95,000 - $135,000
