Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day administration of Salesforce, including users, profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules, and automations
- Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, flows, reports, and dashboards to support evolving business needs
- Build and maintain light custom development in Salesforce as needed (Flow, formula fields, Lightning components, and basic Apex triggers/classes) to extend platform functionality
- Familiarity with version control best practices such as change tracking, code reviews, and coordinating Salesforce and Data configuration and custom development changes across environments
- Write and maintain SQL queries against Snowflake to normalize, join, and surface data from disparate source systems into unified views for reporting and downstream consumption
- Design and manage integrations between Salesforce, Snowflake, and other business systems using iPaaS or no-code/low-code automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, Workato, or similar)
- Troubleshoot data quality issues end-to-end, tracing problems from source system through Snowflake into Salesforce and reporting layers
- Perform data import, export, deduplication, and bulk updates using Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, or scripting as appropriate
- Partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, recommend solutions, and translate business needs into technical configuration
- Create and maintain technical documentation, user-facing training materials, and standard operating procedures as the environment evolves
- Support new feature rollouts, Salesforce release management, and ongoing user training and adoption
- Other duties as assigned
- 5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience in a production environment
- Strong working knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Lightning Experience, Flow Builder, security model, and reports/dashboards
- Demonstrated ability to write intermediate-to-advanced SQL queries (joins, CTEs, window functions, aggregations) against a cloud data warehouse, Snowflake strongly preferred
- Hands-on experience with at least one integration or automation platform such as Zapier, Make (Integromat), n8n, Workato, or similar
- Comfort working across systems and translating data between them: APIs, CSV pipelines, scheduled syncs, and event-driven workflows
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain focus across multiple concurrent priorities
- Strong technical documentation and written communication skills
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage your own workload and drive projects to completion with limited supervision
- Passion about what you do and an obsession with staying on top of CRM, data, and automation trends and tools
- A desire to tinker with new technologies while still getting the day job done
- Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201); Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder a plus
- Experience with Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, or other custom Salesforce development
- Experience working with financial services data, advisor/agent hierarchies, or regulated industries
- Familiarity with dbt, scheduled SQL transformations, or other data modeling/ELT tooling
- Light scripting ability for data manipulation or custom integrations
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

Salary : $110,000 - $155,000
