The Business Transformation practice is dedicated to diagnosing and addressing core business challenges including regulatory compliance, full-scale implementation, managing change and driving continuous improvement across transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of cross‑functional initiatives, manage scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks to ensure predictable, high‑quality outcomes
- Coordinate execution across business, IT, and digital teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, milestones, and decision points
- Develop and execute integrated communication plans that clearly articulate program objectives, progress, and impacts to stakeholders and leadership
- Translate complex initiatives into clear, concise messaging, delivering consistent updates through leadership readouts, newsletters, and change communications
- Drive governance, transparency, and adoption, combining disciplined project management with proactive communications to support engagement, readiness, and successful implementation
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Communications, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field AND 5 years of experience leading cross‑functional initiatives
- Demonstrated experience managing end‑to‑end project delivery, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder reporting
- Proven ability to develop and deliver clear, executive‑level communications, including status updates, leadership readouts, and change messaging
- Experience working across business, IT, and digital teams, coordinating dependencies and aligning stakeholders to shared outcomes
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Familiarity with agile or hybrid delivery models (Scrum, SAFe, or similar)
- Smart Sheets, JIRA, Confluence, expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience supporting digital transformation, data, analytics, or technology‑enabled programs in a matrixed or global environment
- Prior experience owning or supporting change management and adoption communications
- Familiarity with agile or hybrid delivery models (Scrum, SAFe, or similar)
- Experience operating in a large, global organization with multiple stakeholder groups
- Strong executive presence, with the ability to influence without direct authority

Salary : $80,000 - $160,000
