Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring successful achievement of cross-functional programs and projects.
- Lead the planning, organization, management, execution, and delivery of large, enterprise project initiatives.
- Enterprise projects include initiatives with multiple stakeholders / sponsors, large project teams (usually in multiple locations), operating across the enterprise ecosystem and involving multiple business units
- A trusted partner to all stakeholders and ensure alignment vertically and horizontally as change occurs.
- Performs project and change management responsibilities related to projects spanning multiple business functions; Integrates smoothly with established Project Management within functional areas
- Ensures clearly defined responsibilities and accountabilities for key program / project goals
- Partners with Project Managers, department heads, leaders in various functional areas as required
- Adopts and implements best practices project methodology and framework across technical and functional areas as required
- Partners across the business units to develop transition plans, including ongoing success measures
- Reviews project deliverables for accuracy and provides assistance and mentoring to others
- Sets and manages client expectations, manages and escalates issues and changes when appropriate
- Coordinates resource needs and manages assigned resources within and across projects
- Accountable for driving and tracking program / project milestones
- Establishes major milestones, dependencies between functional project plans and / or areas, builds over-arching schedule, and adoption and benefit realization plans
- Provides accurate forecasting of project capital and resources required to deliver projects
- Quantifies accurate levels of risk to the program / project and can articulate impacts to the business while developing risk mitigation strategies or solution options
- Deliver projects within scope, on time, and within budget
- Must be able to strategize and understand organizational strengths and corporate vision and identifies points within programs or projects to drive integration between the two
- 5 years of Project Management experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- Domain Expertise Required: Finance, Banking
- PMP Certification (Nice to have)
- Agile Certification or experience working with agile
- JIRA
- LEAN Portfolio management
- Clarity (Project builder tool)
- Zoom (Whiteboard)
- Change Management experience

Salary : $80,000 - $160,000
