Quality Assurance Test Lead

Duration: 6 Months

Location: MO-Maryland Heights, Hybrid 3-4 days onsite

As a Quality Assurance Test Lead, you will join Turnberry's Digital Modernization practice, where technology and strategy combine to deliver exceptional digital experiences, empowering organizations to thrive in today's digital market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute formal test plans to ensure the delivery of quality software applications
• Involved in test planning writing test cases/scripts test case automation and test execution
• Work on projects of high complexity within one or more development environments and on multiple programs/systems as a test lead
• Lead onshore and offshore people
• Subject matter expert for a single program/system
• Lead a team through effective delegation training and motivation
• Track multiple test efforts simultaneously and be able to synthesize the results in fast paced environment
• Deliver quality process training to technical staff and act as an internal quality consultant to advise or influence business or technical partners
  
  

Qualifications

• 5-10 years experience
• Proficient in using HP Test Suite or other Testing Tools
  
  

The salary range for this role is $85,000 to $125,000 or the hourly equivalent.
