Program Manager

Duration: 6 Months

Location: MO-Maryland Heights, Hybrid 3-4 days onsite

Overview: Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As a Program Manager, you will join Turnberry's Business Transformation practice. Turnberry's Business Transformation practice is dedicated to diagnosing and addressing core business challenges including regulatory compliance, full-scale implementation, managing change and driving continuous improvement across transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage one or more highly complex or enterprise wide IT programs consisting of multiple projects
• Align project delivery with broader strategic initiatives and goals
• Manage multiple projects and programs and orchestrate the results to achieve a broad program goal ensuring that governance controls are in place
• Plan and implement schedules and monitor program from inception through delivery
• Define and report program roadmap status development issues and success metrics
• Identify and monitor areas of risk
• Coordinate the projects and their interdependencies
• Manage and utilize resources across projects
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve cost performance and schedule
• Build and manage to budgets
• Facilitate communication and coordination among projects
• Manage stakeholder engagement and satisfaction
• Maintain awareness of trends, business conditions, and internal process and practices impacting component projects or overall program
  
  

Qualifications

The salary range for this role is $120,000 to $175,000 or the hourly equivalent.
