Operations Specialist

Location: MO-Maryland Heights, 100% Remote

Overview: Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As an Operations Specialist, you will join Turnberry's Business Transformation practice. Turnberry's Business Transformation practice is dedicated to diagnosing and addressing core business challenges including regulatory compliance, full-scale implementation, managing change and driving continuous improvement across transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute operational needs of the firm in a fast-paced environment
• Take a proactive approach to problem solving
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and stay organized
• Provide high-quality customer service
• Identify opportunities for process improvement
• Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulations
• Develop and implement operational procedures and policies
• Prepare and present operational reports to management
  
  

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in the financial services industry
• High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proactive communicator
• Passion for problem solving and a drive for finding solutions to complex challenges
• Strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem solving
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  
  

The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $160,000 or the hourly equivalent.
