Turnberry's Business Transformation practice is dedicated to diagnosing and addressing core business challenges including regulatory compliance, full-scale implementation, managing change and driving continuous improvement across transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Configure, deploy, install, migrate, order, patch, replace, support, and triage Site Infrastructure as follows: Workstations, Laptops, Tablets, and HP Printers
- Provide standard and local software support —Windows OS and Office Suites, Linux, Lotus Notes DB
- Configure and troubleshoot Active Directory in a complex AD environment
- Interface with multiple support teams for client support and business support
- Maintain site dashboards for computers, printers, IT work tickets, and PC/server vulnerabilities
- Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
- Five years of experience in Information Technology in a Manufacturing, private, public, government, or military environment
- Experience with configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining Microsoft PCs
- Possess expertise equivalent to that which would be obtained in a bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology
- Combined experience with Linux Systems and Digital Transcription
- Cisco VOIP support experience for phones
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and team collaboration skills
- Ten years of IT experience
