The Business Transformation practice is dedicated to diagnosing and addressing core business challenges including regulatory compliance, full-scale implementation, managing change and driving continuous improvement across transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Requirements Definition:
- Elicit and document business and functional requirements for:
- DAM foundation and configuration
- Metadata and taxonomy standards
- Content lifecycle, approvals, and expiration rules
- Modular content structures (fragments, templates, modules)
- Translate epics into features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Ensure requirements are clear, testable, and aligned with business objectives
- Workflow and Process Design:
- Define end‑to‑end content supply chain workflows, including:
- Intake, creation, review, approval, publishing, expiration, and retirement
- Document current‑state and future‑state processes
- Identify assumptions, dependencies, and constraints
- Modular Content Enablement:
- Define modular content requirements, including:
- Module and template structures
- Field models (e.g., headline, body, CTA, legal, image)
- Versioning and update rules
- Rendering and QA requirements
- Integration and Activation Requirements:
- Define requirements for system integrations, including:
- Workfront → DAM intake and approvals
- DAM → activation systems (email, CRM, web)
- Gating rules to prevent unapproved or expired content use
- Ensure traceability, audit requirements, and compliance standards are documented
- Delivery and Validation Support:
- Support backlog refinement with clear, testable stories, and acceptance criteria
- Partner with UX, architecture, and engineering to clarify intent and resolve ambiguities
- Support UAT by validating delivered functionality against requirements
- Emerging Capabilities (Future Focus):
- Over time, expand responsibilities to include requirements definition for:
- Personalization and dynamic content delivery
- Advanced analytics and reporting frameworks
- AI-enabled workflows and automation opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and document requirements for new digital capabilities
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst on enterprise platforms
- Strong experience documenting workflows and cross‑system requirements
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills
- Familiarity with digital platforms such as DAM, CMS, or marketing automation tools
- Basic understanding of metadata, taxonomy, and content lifecycle management

Salary : $90,000 - $130,000
