This service provides insights into company data, advanced analytics solutions, robust data governance, and tailored solutions for specific data challenges.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and perform company hardware installations and acceptance, implement structured data wiring solutions, maintain company Data Center areas according to company requirements (safety, technical, operations, security, quality and compliance)
- Collaborate with IT subject matter experts and company vendors to ensure timely and accurate installation and enablement of IT assets, in compliance with applicable company standards and requirements
- Coordinate electrical, structured cabling system, and facility related installation and maintenance activities with the company Facilities Department
- Maintain adequate inventory of all supplies, equipment, tools, and other items
- Conduct daily site walkthroughs including ticket creation for identified items, communication with involved parties, and driving items to closure
- Maintain work que in the company workflow system, actively moving work activities to hand-off or closure
- Responsible for maintenance of documentation, including but not limited to alignment with corporate standards, testing acceptance, cross connect/port assignments, workflow execution, asset management database updates, technical diagrams, and floorplans
- Participate in Data Center design and operation activities, including project and task management work as assigned
- Job involves lifting
- Three years operations, maintenance, and repair experience in a 24 x 7 controlled operating environment
- IP and SAN networking fundamentals, structured cabling system implementation (fiber and copper), and data cabling test equipment proficiency
- Experience using MS Office applications, workflow/ticketing systems, and Microsoft Visio is desired
- Working knowledge of HVAC, UPS, and building electrical distribution systems is desired

Salary : $65,000 - $95,000
