Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership in a fast-paced environment
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, calls, meetings, and shared inbox communications
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, meeting materials, and other executive-facing documents
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, events, and catering logistics
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Distribute communications to leadership teams and related groups
- Build and maintain strong working relationships across the organization
- Provide backup support to additional executive leadership support staff as needed
Qualifications
- 3 years of Executive Assistant or high-level administrative experience, preferably supporting C-suite or senior executives
- Experience managing travel arrangements, scheduling, and executive communications
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to draft polished professional correspondence
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Professional, polished, adaptable, and confident working with senior leadership
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and willing to take on a wide range of responsibilities while learning the role
- Strong follow-through and ability to proactively keep leadership organized and on schedule
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; additional relevant experience will also be considered
