What are the responsibilities and job description for the Debt Collections Specialist position at Turn2Partners?
A large client of ours, a mid-sized bank, is looking to add a Collections Specialist to their team. The position is open to due growth within the organization and is a full time position. Ideal candidate will have two or more years of business-to-business collections experience.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively call the client when you first receive the invoice to make sure that they received it correctly
- Follow up on all invoices that are 30, 60, and 90 days past due
- Speak with clients to see when the client expects to pay
- Update/document all information within database
Requirements:
- 2 years of consumer collections experience
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
