A Day in the Life
- Start your morning reviewing schedules and confirming crews are set for the day.
- Visit client properties to ensure quality standards are met and identify enhancement opportunities.
- Meet with property managers to discuss seasonal plans, budgets, and upcoming projects.
- Prospect new commercial accounts through networking, cold calls, and site visits.
- Prepare proposals and present solutions that improve curb appeal and property value.
- Wrap up by updating CRM notes, following up on leads, and planning for tomorrow.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers and decision-makers.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure service standards and client expectations are met.
- Identify opportunities for enhancements and additional services to maximize property value.
- Collaborate with operations teams to schedule and oversee maintenance activities.
- Manage budgets, prepare proposals, and provide timely updates to clients.
