A Day in the Life
- Start the day reviewing project plans and assigning tasks to your crew.
- Coordinate plans with operation manager
- Operate and oversee equipment for grading, hardscaping, and planting.
- Monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and maintain safety standards.
- Communicate with operation managers to keep timelines on track.
- Wrap up by reviewing completed work and planning for the next day.
What You’ll Do
- Supervise and lead crew on landscape construction projects.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and specifications.
- Operate and maintain construction equipment and tools.
- Maintain safety compliance and enforce company standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in landscape construction or similar field.
- Ability to train and motivate team members.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read plans and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of hardscaping, grading, drainage, and planting techniques.
