Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the construction project
- Show crew members how to efficiently complete the tasks by demonstrating and working with them
- Ensure all professionals on site comply with building and safety regulations
- Coordinate subcontractors and outside contractors
- Report on progress
- Identify and mitigate any potential issues that may arise
- Previous experience as a Construction Manager
- MUST know installation process of windows and doors
- Deep understanding of construction management methods and processes
- Skilled in all aspects of window installation including trim coil and interior carpentry
- Advanced knowledge of construction methods, building products, and building codes
- Strong leadership and crisis resolution skills
- Ability to break large projects into small steps
