Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage job postings across Indeed, Handshake, and Workable (ATS)
- Screen resumes for roles including Front Desk, Dental Assistants, Interns, and nonprofit positions (including Director-level candidates)
- Maintain accurate candidate records and structured notes
- Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews
- Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Conduct outreach to universities, dental schools, and professional programs
- Build relationships with career centers, student organizations, and community networks
- Support advertising strategies to increase visibility of open roles, especially dentist and clinical positions
- Track outreach efforts and follow up with candidates
- Assist in maintaining organized HR documentation and systems
- Support improvements to hiring workflows and processes
- Identify tasks that can be streamlined or automated
- Support initiatives with Bright Smiles Community Outreach, including outreach and community engagement

- Currently enrolled in a college or university program (HR, Business, or related field preferred)
