We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Product Manager – Client Onboarding to support enterprise onboarding transformation initiatives within a leading global financial services organization. In this role, you’ll take ownership of product execution, project management, and process optimization for a strategic onboarding platform used across multiple business lines.


You’ll collaborate closely with technology, operations, UX, and vendor partners to enhance client experiences, streamline onboarding workflows, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

This position requires strong leadership in product management and client onboarding, with the ability to manage complex cross-functional projects from ideation through delivery in a highly regulated financial environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead product management and execution for the client onboarding platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
  • Own the product backlog and roadmap; prioritize and refine deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Partner with Operations, Technology, UX Design, and Vendor teams to define requirements, manage timelines, and deliver high-quality releases.
  • Oversee end-to-end onboarding workflows, including KYC, AML, and account opening processes, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, track team velocity, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct business process modeling, gap analysis, and workflow optimization to enhance automation and improve client outcomes.
  • Support testing, platform enhancements, and issue resolution for onboarding systems.
  • Analyze data to evaluate platform performance and present insights using tools like PowerPoint and Tableau.
  • Manage stakeholder communications and maintain transparency on progress, risks, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate with vendors on production support, enhancements, and new onboarding initiatives.
  • Champion innovation and digital transformation in onboarding, leveraging AI automation and UX improvements to scale operations.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in product management or project management within financial services or another regulated industry.
  • Proven experience managing client onboarding initiatives, particularly with KYC/AML or account setup workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with client onboarding platforms.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and stakeholder management skills with a focus on accountability and delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across internal and external partners.
  • Proficiency in Jira, Excel, and PowerPoint for tracking, analysis, and executive reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience with business process design and optimization (BPM, E2E Process Discovery, Value Chain Mapping).
  • Familiarity with AI automation, UX design principles, and digital application workflows.
  • Certifications in Project Management (PMP, Scrum) or Business Process Management.
  • Experience using Tableau or other data visualization tools.
