Project/Program Manager

We're seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager to support complex compliance and regulatory initiatives within a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. In this role, you'll coordinate cross-functional programs, manage reporting and testing workstreams, and ensure critical deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage multiple project and program workstreams from initiation through completion.
• Establish project timelines, assign responsibilities, monitor progress, and communicate status updates to leadership.
• Develop and maintain tracking systems, reporting frameworks, filing calendars, and submission workflows to support regulatory reporting obligations.
• Build and manage centralized processes for tracking jurisdiction-specific reporting requirements, deadlines, and required data across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Partner cross-functionally with teams including Finance, Legal, Operations, Product, and other business stakeholders to ensure project milestones and reporting requirements are met.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including scheduling testing windows, supporting test case execution, and tracking results through resolution.
• Support audit readiness by maintaining organized documentation, version control processes, and compliance records.
• Prepare project reports, summarize progress, identify risks, and communicate recommendations to leadership.
• Lead project activities with a high degree of ownership while adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–7 years of project or program management experience.
• Experience managing compliance, regulatory, or other highly governed business processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Experience with Jira required; experience with Smartsheet and TestRail is a plus.
• Telecommunications or other highly regulated industry experience is strongly preferred.
• PMP certification is a plus.
