We’re searching for a hands-on data expert to join our Commercial Data Management team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys wearing many hats, and wants to make a meaningful impact on commercial operations and patient-focused decision-making.
You’ll serve as a data SME—supporting data stewardship, ensuring data quality across multiple sources, managing day-to-day operations of the commercial data warehouse, and partnering with cross-functional teams across the organization.
What You’ll Do:
• Oversee data stewardship processes and manage data change requests
• Maintain and troubleshoot commercial data warehouse operations
• Manage master data (HCP/HCO) and syndicated data integrations
• Validate incoming data from 50 external vendors
• Build and optimize data marts to support reporting & analytics (Tableau)
• Drive process improvements, data quality initiatives, and exception handling
• Document commercial data assets and support UAT for new enhancements
• Collaborate with IT/IS on system integrations and data flow
• Act as a go-to SME for field teams and commercial business partners
What We’re Looking For:
• 5 years in commercial data management, MDM, data warehousing, or BI
• Pharma / biotech / healthcare data experience strongly preferred
• Strong SQL skills solid understanding of data governance & data quality
• Experience with syndicated datasets (IQVIA, Symphony, etc.) a plus
• Familiarity with Tableau, cloud data platforms, and SP/IDN data helpful
• Excellent communication skills — able to explain data to non-technical partners
• Operational mindset with strong attention to detail
• Someone who enjoys collaborating, problem-solving, and having fun at work
Ideal Background:
Commercial operations, business operations, or data-focused roles within pharma/biotech. Not seeking a heavy developer — more of a data operations and stewardship professional.
