About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Financial Consultant to join a growing financial services team supporting participants of institutional retirement plans, including healthcare and higher education organizations.
This is a relationship-driven financial planning role where you'll meet with clients in person, over the phone, and virtually to provide personalized financial guidance and help them work toward their short- and long-term goals.
What You'll Do
- Manage and develop an established book of business.
- Meet with retirement plan participants at universities, healthcare organizations, and other institutions.
- Provide guidance on retirement planning, investments, tax strategies, and financial planning.
- Educate clients on mutual funds, annuities, IRAs, 529 plans, 403(b) plans, banking products, life insurance, and other solutions.
- Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and grow additional assets.
- Provide exceptional client service and support account transactions.
- Build relationships with institutional clients and plan sponsors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver financial solutions.
What We're Looking For
- 3 years of financial services experience required
- 5 years preferred
- Series 7 required
- Series 63/66 required
- Life & Health Insurance License required within 120 days
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Financial planning, retirement, investment, or wealth management experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable presenting financial concepts to individuals and groups
- Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory

Work Environment
This is a flexible hybrid position combining remote work, office time, virtual consultations, and face-to-face client meetings.
Travel is typically 2–3 days per week, with approximately 25% of travel potentially outside the assigned region. Travel expenses are reimbursed, with rental vehicles available for longer-distance travel.
