Role Description
Utilize knowledge and experience to turn data into insights through metrics reporting, visualization mechanisms, business case development, and continuous improvement initiatives. Reporting to Manager of Field Operations Services, the Business Analyst will partner with the Operations, Corporate Services, and Engineering groups to increase system efficiency and effectiveness through analytics.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Forecast, Budget, and Variance for LFO Cost Centers
- Update forecast tools as needed
- Update budget tools
- Provide monthly budget analysis report (presentations) for Sr leadership
- Track FTE Changes in LFO
- Build and maintain LFO Scorecard
- Facilitate Org changes with cost and accounting
- Track all capital tool and vehicle purchases and cost
- LFO Work type / labor analysis
- Identify/create efficiencies in LFO
Success Metrics
- Budget
- 4&8 Forecast deliverables are on time
- Monthly budget reports provide clarity of spend
- Processes are understood and meet the end users needs
- Capital tool spends are current
- Vehicles spends are accurate
- Scorecard
- Provides a clear picture of the state of the Organization
