About the Role
Tully Rinckey PLLC, a nationally recognized full-service law firm, is seeking an accomplished Trusts & Estates Partner to join our Rochester, NY office. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced attorney with an established practice to expand their reach within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary firm consistently recognized by Best Lawyers and Super Lawyers.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing Trusts & Estates law.
- Existing book of business required.
- Demonstrated success advising clients on estate and probate matters, drafting wills and trusts, and handling surrogate’s court proceedings.
- Medicaid planning experience strongly preferred.
- Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to practice law in New York State, in good standing.
- Strong drafting, litigation, negotiation, and client communication skills.
- Proven ability to grow and manage a practice while working collaboratively with peers across practice areas.
- Commitment to the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.
Compensation & Benefits
Beginning January 1, 2026, newly admitted attorneys at Tully Rinckey PLLC receive a starting salary of $120,000, along with the opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses of up to 60% of base salary, rewarding productivity, excellence, and client impact. Employees will also receive access to a comprehensive and competitive benefits package, including:
