- Base compensation of $55,000 annually (paid hourly)
- Convert potential clients into new clients by effectively presenting firm services and value.
- Use inside sales, consultative selling, and client development techniques to drive new business.
- Quickly identify client needs and match them with the appropriate attorney.
- Manage and track prospects in the CRM system.
- Schedule and facilitate attorney consultations.
- Secure payment for consultations.
- Proactively address client concerns to ensure successful conversion.
- Consistently achieve—and aim to exceed—sales and client development goals.
- Sales, inside sales, account executive, or business development experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a results-driven, high-energy environment.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Beginning January 1, 2026, Tully Rinckey implemented significant enhancements to its compensation and benefits programs. The minimum starting salary for newly hired TRASC employees is $55,000 annually (paid hourly). TRASC employees receive a highly competitive benefits package, including:
