Hourly Pay Rate: $20.00
The Undergraduate Tutor 2 will support the department/organization in various administrative and operational tasks by tutoring groups of students.
Responsibilities
This position will help student employees demonstrate and cultivate the career readiness competencies in accordance with the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE).

JOB DESCRIPTION
Undergraduate Tutor 2

The Undergraduate Tutor 2 will support the department/organization in various administrative and operational tasks by tutoring groups of students.
Responsibilities
- Completing a brief, electronic form to document tutee participation and progress after tutoring sessions
- Arriving on time for scheduled sessions and leading sessions
- Maintaining confidentiality
- Exchanging contact information with all assigned tutees and notify tutees if sessions need to be cancelled or rescheduled
- Being knowledgeable in the subject matter that is being taught/tutored
- Tutoring two or more students (group) in subject(s) as discussed by Learning Specialists
- Active enrollment as a student at Tulane University
- A Federal Work Study Award (potentially)
- A required grade in a prior class or coursework (potentially)
