Job Duties
- Attend all Tutoring trainings and meetings
- Post at least 6 hours of availability per week during standard ALTC operating hours
- Provide superior service and utilize best practices in both individual and group tutoring settings
- Communicate with the Team Captains and ALTC staff
- Keep accurate records including appointment status and WaveWorks
- Have a good understanding of Penji, our website, and other technology platforms
- Participate as a team member in observations and peer mentoring and contribute to the general pool of resource materials.
- Fulfill all administrative duties as required by the ALTC staff in a timely manner
- Regularly promote the ALTC and its programs to your clients
