Member Services Desk Attendant
Hourly Pay Rate: $10.00
The Member Services Desk Attendant will support Campus Recreation in various administrative and operational tasks.
Responsibilities
This position will help student employees demonstrate and cultivate the career readiness competencies in accordance with the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE).

JOB DESCRIPTION
Member Services Desk Attendant

The Member Services Desk Attendant will support Campus Recreation in various administrative and operational tasks.
Responsibilities
- Handling all financial transactions processed through the Member Services office and disseminating accurate information encompassing all facility, program and membership facts
- Enforcing Reily Center policies
- Operating the RecTrac Member Management System for all sales, troubleshooting membership issues, and running reports
- Answering phone calls and providing detailed answers to questions
- Filing paperwork
- Following procedures related to all membership and program sales
- Attending all orientations and meetings
- Providing customer service
- Active enrollment as a student at Tulane University
- A Federal Work Study Award (potentially)
- A CPR/FA/AED certification (potentially)
