Supply Planner / Supply Planner Analyst
1-year assignment with potential to extend or convert
Pay: up to $51/hr doe
Hybrid schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm | 3 days onsite (TBD)

We are seeking an experienced Supply Planner to manage the replenishment and deployment strategy for a defined product portfolio. In this role, you will own STR/STO execution, lead TMS load-building activities, and ensure materials move efficiently through our global distribution network. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced supply chain environments and enjoys driving operational excellence.
What You'll Do:
- Manage the end-to-end replenishment and deployment plan for assigned product lines.
- Execute STR–STO conversions and build transportation loads within SAP TMS.
- Review daily TMS/SAP exception reports and partner with distribution centers to ensure on-time shipments.
- Monitor master data accuracy in SAP to support seamless STO planning.
- Track weekly/monthly production attainment to ensure supply continuity and prevent customer interruptions.
- Collaborate with regional supply planners to balance local supply plans with customer service and inventory targets.
- Support S&OE processes and OTIF performance metrics.
- Allocate product across STOs and sales orders to prevent shortages.
- Proactively communicate supply risks, availability updates, and constraints across Supply Chain and Customer Service teams.
- Use SAP and Power BI to identify inventory gaps and coordinate mitigation strategies.
- Participate in data validation for SAP/TMS/Kinaxis updates and system enhancements.
How You'll Make an Impact:
- Own replenishment and deployment planning for finished goods in SAP.
- Build, monitor, and manage transportation load plans in TMS.
- Track and communicate ETA updates and product movement across the network.
- Contribute to S&OE (Sales & Operations Execution) processes.
- Support OTIF performance to elevate customer experience.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Management, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Deployment, Logistics, Manufacturing, or Materials Management.
- SAP and/or Kinaxis experience preferred; familiarity with ECC, APO, PAM, and TMS is a plus.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs); Power BI preferred.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to partner across a matrix organization.
- Highly organized with strong prioritization and time-management skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or on a team.
