About the Opportunity
On behalf of our client, a leading technology company providing data storage solutions, we are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Technical Recruiter IV to lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for technical roles across engineering, product, and IT. This individual will play a strategic role in driving hiring initiatives, partnering closely with business leaders, and elevating the candidate experience while attracting world-class talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic intake meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop compelling job descriptions.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process in partnership with recruiting coordinators to ensure a seamless, efficient, and inclusive hiring experience.
- Proactively source, engage, and convert passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean search techniques, and other innovative sourcing strategies.
- Screen and assess candidates through resume reviews and pre-screen interviews to evaluate technical skills, experience, and culture alignment.
- Champion an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication, transparency, and professionalism from initial outreach through offer stage.
- Track, analyze, and report on recruiting KPIs to optimize sourcing strategies and improve process efficiencies.
- Strengthen employer brand by effectively communicating company mission, values, and culture to top technical talent.
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and talent market insights to advise hiring managers effectively.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and department leaders to align hiring priorities and workforce planning strategies.
Qualifications
- 7–10 years of technical recruiting experience with a proven track record of hiring top engineering, product, and IT talent.
- Strong expertise in sourcing and engaging passive candidates across multiple platforms.
- Solid understanding of technical roles, required skill sets, and industry hiring trends.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., SmartRecruiters) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean search).
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and measurable results.
