Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently process and fulfill customer orders using internal systems and tools.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Identify and verify product part numbers and place items in designated storage locations.
- Utilize scanners, barcodes, and tracking systems to manage inventory and shipments.
- Prepare packages for billing and shipping according to documentation.
- Assist in inventory counts and maintain shipping/receiving supply levels.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in the warehouse.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Perform other duties as required to support operational goals.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage several tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Workspace.
- Basic computer proficiency with experience using hand scanners and order systems.
- Prior warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment experience preferred (0-2 years).
- Strong understanding of order flow and shipment processes.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to fluently read, write, and speak Spanish; English proficiency preferred but not required.
- Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on concrete surfaces.
- Steel-toe shoes required (not provided).
- Comfortable working in a warehouse setting with physical labor
