Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to assigned sales representatives.
- Accurately enter various orders including cruise ship, grocery, local customer, and distributor orders.
- Prepare Health Certificates required for shipments.
- Coordinate appointments, local deliveries, and issue Port Passes.
- Answer phones, maintain filing systems, and uphold general office organization and cleanliness.
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of product samples (ice cream) for clients.
- Support event logistics in South Florida and assist in occasional out-of-state trade shows or activations.
- Conduct customer marketing reviews and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Contribute to planning initiatives aimed at business growth and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with office team on data analysis and special projects.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Self-starter attitude with a strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset.
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred.
