Overview:
Seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support accounting and financial operations in a manufacturing environment. This role blends hands-on accounting with analysis, reporting, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting in QuickBooks
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Monitor COGS and analyze production margins
- Conduct cost and operational performance analysis
- Prepare monthly reports and maintain accurate records
- Partner with operations and management teams
Requirements:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- 3 years in accounting/finance
- Strong QuickBooks and advanced Excel skills
- Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and cost analysis (manufacturing a plus)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
