Our client is seeking a high-potential finance professional (3 years’ experience) to work directly with the CEO in a high-impact, high-visibility role that blends finance, accounting knowledge, operations, and executive suppor

What We’re Looking

• ed).Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and financial reporting to

What You

’ll DoFinance & Accounting

• (90%)Own day-to-day accounting operations including AP/AR, reconciliations, and expense manag
• ement.Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements, cash flow reports, and P&L ana
• lysis.Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business deci
• sions.Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial con
• trols.Partner with tax advisors, auditors, and banking institu
• tions.Manage payroll, commissions, reimbursements, and financial re
• cords.Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting effic

iency.Executive & CEO Suppor

• e CEO.Support scheduling, travel coordination, and executive-level organiz
• ation.Prepare executive-ready financial summaries, decks, and meeting b
