About the Role
The Order Fulfillment Associate supports daily warehouse operations by accurately processing customer orders, managing inventory, and maintaining an organized workspace. This role requires strong attention to detail, data entry accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Process and fulfill customer orders using internal systems.
• Maintain accurate shipment and inventory records.
• Verify part numbers and store products correctly.
• Use scanners and tracking systems to manage inventory.
• Prepare packages for billing and shipping.
• Assist with inventory counts and maintain supplies.
• Follow safety procedures and support team operations.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Workspace, scanners).
• Prior warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred (0–2 years).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Spanish fluency required; English proficiency preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 60 lbs.
• Stand/walk for extended periods.
• Steel-toe shoes required.

Work Environment
Fast-paced, hands-on warehouse setting focused on accurate and timely order fulfillment.
