Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Sushi Chef to join our team for evening service. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about sushi craftsmanship, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in consistency and quality.
Responsibilities

Prepare sushi, sashimi, and specialty rolls with precision and consistency

Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and organization

Ensure freshness and proper handling of all fish and ingredients

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service

Provide an excellent guest experience through quality and presentation
Qualifications

Previous experience as a sushi chef or sushi line cook preferred

Strong knife skills and knowledge of fish preparation
