Location: Salt Lake City, Utah
Position Type: Full-Time, Salaried
Schedule: Must be available days, nights, weekends, and holidays
What You’ll Do:
- Lead daily restaurant operations with a focus on hospitality, quality, and consistency
- Manage front and back of house staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Drive sales and profitability by monitoring budgets, labor, food costs, and operational efficiency
- Cultivate a positive, high-performance team culture through leadership, coaching, and accountability
- Oversee scheduling, inventory management, ordering, and vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations
- Represent the brand with pride and uphold service standards at all times
Who You Are:
- 3 years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a team-first mindset
- Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze P&Ls, and drive performance metrics
- Deep understanding of food safety and labor laws
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- Able to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and lead by example
