Location: Warren NJ,07059 (Hybrid 3 days)
Duration: long term Contract
Business Solution Analyst for Product team (Fin Lines experience a plus)
Description/Responsibilities:
Acts as a liaison between the business and technical organization in planning, directing, and analyzing complex business problems, or complex product requirements.
Leads system or product requirements sessions with a multidisciplinary team of business and technology experts.
Create detailed system or product specification artifacts and work with stakeholders for requirements signoff.
Creates Functional Framework (Epic-Feature-Story structure) for Programs/Projects; manages requirement delivery following Everest agile best practices.
Manages Enhancement (BAU) backlog per Everest agile best practices.
Required Skills/Experience:
Experience as a business analyst for technology, insurance policy administration, or reinsurance contract administration/supporting system solutions.
Strong ability to perform and document complex business or product, workflow, and technology processes to support system or product design and specifications.
Critical thinking and ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
