Warehouse Supervisor

Role: Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities: Oversee warehouse activities ensuring accurate storage and distribution of raw materials and finished goods, supervise timely merchandise delivery, maintain warehouse security, and ensure a safe work environment through safety program compliance.

• Coordinate work planning and assignment for optimal use of personnel and equipment.
• Maintain and establish inventory levels based on usage and demand.
• Receive, inspect, and track incoming shipments, rejecting any undesirable items.
• Supervise warehouse security and upkeep of inventory.
• Assist with ordering from vendors and recommend process improvements for efficiency and cost reduction.
• Train warehouse staff and assist in employee selection when needed.
• Handle uncrating and proper disposal or storage of packaging materials.
  
  

Qualifications: 3-5 years of shipping/receiving supervisory experience, basic math skills, valid driver’s license with good record, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and flexibility to adapt to changing demands. Physical demands may include lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended standing or walking. PPE may be required.
