What You'll Be Doing (Core Responsibilities):
Our Servers are the heart of the guest experience, with duties including, but not limited to:
- Providing outstanding hospitality: Greeting all guests, anticipating and promptly responding to needs, and ensuring they have an enjoyable experience from arrival to departure.
- Order & Menu Expertise: Taking accurate food and beverage orders, collecting payments, and maintaining detailed knowledge of all menu items (including key ingredients, allergens, and pairing suggestions).
- Compliance: Selling alcoholic beverages in strict compliance with government regulations.
- Service & Flow: Ensuring accurate and timely order delivery, constantly pre-bussing and bussing tables, and assisting with Hosting and Counter Togo service as needed.
- Teamwork: Assisting coworkers with tasks like bussing, food running, and stocking supplies.
- Operations: Performing assigned Running Sidework and Closing Sidework duties, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and following good food safety practices.
- Management Support: Performing any additional tasks or duties as directed by the Manager on Duty.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age to sell or serve alcohol in Washington D.C.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English are mandatory.
- Prior experience in the Hospitality or Restaurant industry is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities are essential.
- Proven ability to quickly learn and memorize information, particularly menu items.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and work effectively under pressure.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
- A High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
