Commissary Driver - Weekend Availability (Disponibilidad de Fines de Semana)

The Tryst Trading Company food group is looking for a Commissary Driver to join a team of amazing individuals who share a genuine passion for creating and serving great food and drinks, and who enjoy working in a place that promotes a culture of building meaningful connections with our guests and amongst our staff.

The ideal candidate is personable, a good communicator, well organized, works well with others, and shares our Core Values, which are listed in the qualifications below.  The duties include, but are not limited to:

• Package and load delivery trucks in an efficient and timely manner. 

• Complete all commissary and catering deliveries in an efficient but safe manner. 

• Deliver commissary & catering products as directed.

• Assist with food and beverage prep as needed and directed.

• Stock deliveries and assist in maintaining a clean and organized storage area.

• Ensure food is stored away properly when not in use

• Clean all areas of the operation as needed and directed.

• Maintain clean trucks free of debris or smoke.

• Perform tasks or duties as directed by management.

• Perform and act in accordance with our Core Values.

• Knowledge of health and safety rules in a kitchen

• Must have a valid Driver's License and pass insurance eligibility requirements

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
