This is a temporary contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please Apply Now!Position Title: Staff AnalystLocation: San Jose, CA 95118Duration: 960 hours per fiscal yearWork Schedule: Part Time: 20 hrs per weekResponsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:Perform administrative tasks to support the daily oversight of current grantees, including: analyzing and assessing invoices, communicating status of projects, tracking insurance, agreement, and other key dates pertaining to grant projects, and assisting with drafting various memorandums associated with the grant agreement process.Assist with planning and implementing training sessions, workshops and presentations for current and prospective grantees, community groups and/or employees.Implement and execute communications and public outreach plans for annual grant cycle opening, year- round promotions, ribbon-cutting events, etc.Enter data and maintain the Fluxx grants management system, grants email inbox, project invoice trackers, and check records and payments in lnfor accounting system.Write and produce multilingual public information materials (print, digital and social media).To be considered for this position, you should have: [Skills, Education, or Experience]Strong writing skills and customer service skills.Attention to detail and organization; strong communication skills with directly relatable experience in conveying direction/instructions to various audiences.Ability to multitask, think strategically and creatively, take initiative, and prioritize projects and assignments; strong project management and relationship building skills.Equivalent to an Associate's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in business administration or a related field.A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.Three (3) years of experience performing administrative, operational, management, or financial analysis of complex issues related to the field of assignment.This position is eligible for a hybrid telework schedule, typically working 40% remote and 60% onsite.License or CertificatePossession of, or ability to obtain, an appropriate, valid California driver's licenseTryfacta is an Equal Opportunity-Affirmative Action Employer.
