Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping individuals with mental health challenges and developmental disabilities.
Duties
- Deliver high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health conditions.
- Assist in creating a safe and therapeutic environment for patients in a psychiatric hospital setting.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
- Monitor patients' well-being and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Engage in therapeutic activities and provide emotional support to patients.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient interactions and progress.
Experience
- Previous experience in addiction counseling, behavioral health, or special education is preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation
- Ability to work effectively with individuals of all ages, including children
- Experience working with people with developmental disabilities is a plus

Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour
