Discovery Paralegal

Position Title: Paralegal I
Location: Los Angeles CA 90012
Duration: 6 months
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, Hours 8am - 5pm.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Our paralegals coordinate the intake and initial review of all documents, draft and answer discovery, reach out to departments for information and documents, and coordinate the documents for MSJs and trials, among other things.
• The Paralegal assigned to the position will be working extensively on discovery matters including responses to interrogatories, requests for admissions, and requests for production of documents and summarizing deposition transcripts.
• The Paralegal will also prepare legal memoranda and correspondence including declarations, discovery motions, summary judgment motions and other pleadings associated with litigation, and will perform the necessary legal research to complete such documents. The paralegal will also be required to assist with preparing trial documents.
