- Windows OS Excel.
- Knowledge of creating basic automation workflows.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail, documentation and quality control.
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm and empathetic under pressure while resolving customer concerns effectively.
- Ability to collaborate with team members and customers, and interest in sharing knowledge with others.
- Knowledge of the Forensic collection process (forensic containers, source media acquisition) and how electronic discovery is produced.
- In-depth understanding of legal terminologies and processes.
- Knowledge of and adherence to information security best practices when handling sensitive legal data, including secure storage, transmission, and disposal of confidential documents.
- Proven ability to develop clear, comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to document workflows and ensure process consistency across teams.
Additional Experience Required.
- Minimum of one (1) year of hands-on experience using Nuix Neo as an eDiscovery platform for data processing, analysis, review and production.
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience using an EDRM-style e-discovery review platform (e.g., Relativity, Everlaw, Concordance, Nuix, or similar) for document review and production.
- The minimum 4 years of experience shall include direct interaction with litigation teams on all phases of EDRM.
- The minimum 4 years of experience shall include creating standard operating procedures and user guides and conducting hands-on training sessions on in-house workflow tools to ensure staff adoption.
- Required Certificate of completion of a paralegal training program approved by the American Bar Association, or by the California Department of Education, or by an equivalent accrediting agency from another state -OR- Graduation from law school.
